Description
Modelled on the Special Cuvee blend, this rose uses fruit from previous harvests and a generous addition of reserve wines from their cellars in Ay. Complex and toasty, there are notes of dried red fruit and exotic spice on the nose. The palate is rounded with fine bubbles and a long finish.
