Description
We hand select a medley of the finest Mediterranean citrus fruits, cutting up fresh lemons, limes and oranges which we macerate for several hours. We then combine the fresh peels with dried pomelo, orange and lime using a combination of our pot and infusion basket to enhance the aroma and flavours. Finally, we set it to rest to let the flavours settle and deepen.
