Description
Passion fruit is of South American origin and is widespread in two main colour varieties: purple and yellow. Inside, the seeds are immersed in a soft and gelatinous pulp with an exotic flavour and intense aroma. It is often found in fruit juices, mousses, creams, sorbets and cocktails.
