Description
An equal blend of Syrah and Monastrell with a very short period of skin contact to extract its pale pink colour. Elegant and fresh with flavours of strawberry, cherry and citrus. Four months of lees ageing gives a lovely soft texture.
The Demuerte range was created to showcase the wines from D.O. Yecla, a small area in south-east Spain. Produced using traditional grape varieties but modern winemaking practices and packaged in eye-catching bottles.
