Hitachino Nest White Ale is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian style white beer with coriander, nutmeg, orange peel and orange juice.
Hitachino Beer has been brewed in the Japanese village of Kounosu (which literally means ‘nest’) since 1996, with a touch of the Kiuchi family’s traditional sake brewing expertise infused into the process.
