Description
Aromas of plums with strong notes of vanilla. Well structured taste, very soft, with vanilla and liquorice. Good persistence and finish of dry prunes. An elegant Armagnac, soft and subtle, representative of the Janneau style.
Janneau’s fame comes partly from its unique mastery of both distillation methods allowed by the appellation decree: continuous distillation with Armagnac alembic and double distillation with Charente pot stills.
