Description
Elderflowers are small, white, scented stars that bloom in late spring. The plant’s name comes from the Classical tradition of the Ancient Greeks and Romans, but its origins are much older and date back to the Neolithic. Stories about the plant’s magical powers also have a thousand-year-old tradition, which goes from the Germanic peoples, who used the elderberry plant as a source of miraculous medicines.
