This traditional method sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and lees aged for four years. Complex and elegant with aromas of citrus fruit, brioche and vanilla spice and flavours of white peach. The exceptional ripeness of the fruit flavours means this wine can be bottled with zero dosage.
