Description
Solaris is an early ripening variety which can produce fruity, aromatic wines. This example is produced without oak ageing to give a bright, fruity wine with of citrus, stone and tropical fruit aromas. On the palate, there’s ripe fruit flavours with a subtle creaminess and zesty freshness.
